Chocolate injection machine

The multi-purpose industrial injection machine is designed with top and side injection capability for various products in different sizes. It is capable of injecting water-based and oil-based chocolate, jams, marmalades, and creams, and allows the operator to adjust the injection amount. The injection valve is removable for cleaning. The body and chassis are made of 430 stainless steel, the chocolate tank is made of non-magnetic 304 stainless steel, and the internal parts are made of T6 6061 with a hard anodized coating. The materials were selected by metallurgy engineers, the jacks are of the SONGO brand, the solenoid valves are of the MIND MAN brand, and the inverters, HMI, and PLC are of the DELTA brand. The capacity is 100 pieces per minute, the weight is approximately 350 kg, and the dimensions are: height 140 cm, length 320 cm, width 110 cm
