Fixed Valve Oil Spraying System

In the food industry, this system is a pneumatic mechanical unit used for precise oil spraying inside relatively small cake molds up to 90 mm in diameter

It is primarily installed on Hadaf Machine Depositor Model 4000

Objectives of the Fixed Valve Oil Spraying System

Uniform oil coating inside the molds

PLC-controlled oil consumption management and waste reduction

Increased efficiency and reduced human intervention compared to manual oil spraying

 Main Components of the System

 Oil Tank

Oil storage tank equipped with a heating element and thermocouple temperature control

The oil sprayer frame can be adjusted left/right and up/down for precise alignment with the molds

A double-jacketed main oil tank can be manufactured upon request

 Fixed Spraying Valve

The valve is fixed above the conveyor path

Oil output volume and spray amount inside the molds are controllable

No mechanical movement exists on the valve itself; spraying is performed through pneumatic cylinders and solenoid valves

Product Conveyor (Front Disc Chain Conveyor)

The product moves beneath the valve while oil is sprayed onto its surface

 Advantages and Applications

Uniform and adjustable coating for flavor enhancement or anti-stick purposes

Simple and cost-effective compared to moving or complex spray systems, with low friction

Helps increase product shelf life by creating a protective oil layer

Suitable for medium- to high-speed Yazdi and Shirazi cake production lines

 Important Performance Parameters

Oil pressure: determines droplet size and spray intensity

Conveyor speed: synchronized with oil flow rate for uniform coverage

Oil or fat type: suitable viscosity prevents valve clogging

Regular cleaning: prevents clogging of valve holes, nozzles, and grease accumulation

 Installation Compatibility

Compatible with Depositor Models 4000 and 6000

 Definition and Application

A Depositor is designed to dispense pastry production materials in precise and uniform quantities

Its primary application is in pastry, chocolate, cake, toffee, and ready-dessert production lines

The machine replaces manual depositing, increasing production speed, precision, and consistency

Raw materials (dough, cream, chocolate, and fillings) are transferred from the machine hopper to the molds

Using pneumatic cylinders or precision pumps, a specific amount of material is deposited into each mold or onto the product surface

The machine is capable of handling materials with different densities and viscosities
