Rotary Spray Oiling System
The rotary spray oiling system is an industrial machine used in bread, biscuit, cake, and confectionery production lines. It is designed to create a uniform oil coating on the product surface using a rotating nozzle or disc
In this system, oil enters the rotary assembly under controlled pressure and is evenly distributed over the product in the form of a fine mist
Main Mechanical Structure
Oil Tank
Food-grade stainless steel, single-wall or double-wall
Equipped with a filter and, if required, a heating system to reduce viscosity
Includes heating elements with indirect heating capability
Transfer Pump
Typically a gear pump
Provides constant pressure for uniform spraying
Rotary Unit
Includes a shaft connected to a gearbox and an adjustable cam for rotary diameter control
Rotating disc or nozzle with adjustable speed
Converts oil flow into fine particles (mechanical atomization)
Motor and Transmission System
Electric motor with gearbox
Adjustable rotational speed for spray pattern control
Product Conveyor
Synchronized with spray speed
Prevents oil accumulation or insufficient spraying
Control System
Rotation speed adjustment
Pump flow rate adjustment
Simultaneous control with production line speed
Operating Principle
Oil is transferred from the tank to the pump
Oil enters the rotary head under specified pressure
Through rapid rotation of the disc or nozzle, the oil is transformed into ultra-fine particles and evenly deposited on the product surface
Rotational speed and pump flow rate determine the thickness of the oil layer
Advantages
Uniform coating with controllable thickness
Reduced oil consumption compared to gravity-fed systems
Reduced dripping and environmental contamination
Suitable for high-speed production lines
Adjustable for different products
Important Technical Parameters
Head rotation speed (RPM)
Oil viscosity and temperature
Pump pressure and flow rate
Distance between the head and the product
Conveyor speed
(The rotary spray oiling system can be installed on Hadaf Machine B-series depositors)
Definition and Application
The Depositor is designed for dispensing confectionery materials in precise and uniform quantities
Its primary application is in the production lines of confectionery, chocolate, cakes, toffee, and ready-made desserts
This machine replaces manual depositing processes, increasing production speed, accuracy, and consistency
Raw materials such as dough, cream, chocolate, and fillings are transferred from the machine tank toward the molds
Using pneumatic cylinders or precision pumps, a specific amount of material is deposited into each mold or onto the product
The machine is capable of handling materials with different densities and viscosities
