The SD200 is an industrial machine for producing Qottab, Kolompeh, filled cookies, High‑Buy, strip jam‑filled products, Strudel, Piroshki, and other filled dough items. It handles all dough viscosities without damaging texture and produces 150 small pieces or 90 larger pieces per minute. The machine features stainless‑steel components, optional SD100/SD120 disc chains, DELTA PLC and HMI, AC servo motors, and a polyamide Teflon diaphragm system. It delivers up to 8000 small or 5000 large products and operates on single‑phase 1.5 kW power

style filled dough Strudel Piroshki and all types of filled products with any dough viscosity without causing stress or deformation

to the dough Production rate for small products weighing 10 to 20 grams is 150 pieces per minute and for products above 20 grams up to 100 grams is 90 pieces per minute

Advanced equipment technology ensures uniform product size and prevents variations in product weight or dimensions

The machine can be equipped with SD100 and SD120 disc chain systems upon customer request All machine components are stainless steel and can be fully disassembled and washed after production
