Firm Dough Assembly

 Designed for producing confectionery items made from firm and semi‑firm doughs such as coconut cookies, Beheshti cookies, walnut cookies, Salari cookies, rice cookies, puff cookies, raisin cookies, and similar products

 Soft Dough Assembly

 Suitable for producing items made from light and delicate doughs such as sponge cake, Yazdi cake, ring cake, muffins, cupcakes, sesame cookies, raisin cookies, Sepahsalar and Khansari varieties

The machine features adjustable production speeds depending on the desired product type

 The machine is capable of producing up to 330 kilograms of confectionery per hour

The machine supports optional add‑ons including tray greasing unit, filling dispenser, topping dispenser, single‑color and dual‑color ring wire‑cut system 

Mechanical Structure 

The main body is manufactured from 430 stainless steel

All dough‑contact components are made from 304 stainless steel (food‑grade, anti‑corrosion)

Nozzles and dough‑contact parts are made from TSIX6061 alloy with hard‑anodized antibacterial coating All materials used in the machine are selected and validated by metallurgical engineers

 Solenoid valves are from MINDMAN brand

 Pneumatic cylinders and body protection system are from SONGO

 The machine chassis is available in carbon steel or stainless steel with customization options
